Bookings & rates
All tariffs displayed are per room per night and inclusive of standard taxes unless stated otherwise. Booking direct with the hotel guarantees the lowest available rate. Peak-season and festive tariffs may vary and are always confirmed before payment.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 12:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
Identity & registration
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) is required at check-in for all adult guests, as per law.
Payments & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after payment of the amount communicated by our reservations team (via WhatsApp or call). Until payment is completed, the enquiry remains tentative and the room is not held. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cards — never any hidden charges.
Occupancy & extra guests
Room occupancy limits are listed per category. Extra beds and additional guests beyond the listed occupancy may attract charges, confirmed transparently before your stay.
Conduct & property
Guests are expected to respect other guests and resort property. Damage to rooms or common areas is chargeable. Pets and smoking inside rooms are not permitted.
Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss of valuables not deposited at the front desk, or for disruptions caused by events beyond our control. Staying at the resort implies acceptance of these terms under the jurisdiction of Puri, Odisha.
